Most of this website is not up-to-date, but the prices are correct. Google Maps is correct. Read on.
It is a soft open though, so not everything is perfect yet. Phone booths will take another 1-2 weeks. The parking lot is work in progress, and because of that, finding us still requires a bit of determination.
The location on google maps is correct (Hẻm 98 Lê Thánh Tông), but it’s easy to get confused because: 1) you have to zoom in to see the difference, the old location is just 150m away, 2) there are still ~100 customer uploaded photos of the old site that are hard to remove, we’re on it and 3) when you arrive, you just see the under-construction parking lot. Make your way through to the rice fields. The reward will be worth the “struggle”.

We’re temporarily closing our gates, to focus fully on building an amazing new Hub Hoi An for our community. Lesley has been a location-independent entrepreneur for many years. She is well-traveled, has lived on 4 continents, and has called Vietnam home since 2014. Having had numerous careers from Scuba instructor to IT Project Manager, she is now a co-owner of the Hub. Lesley splits her time between Hoi An, the cave kingdom of Phong Nha, and traveling (when it is possible)

It’s my second winter at the Hub, I didn’t plan to go to Hoi An two years in a row but the Hub is a very strong magnet, it’s hard to get away from. It has everything you need office wise, great wifi, different kind of desk, quiet room, meeting room, coffee, hammock etc. But those things are easy to get. The Hub has much more, the community is amazing, starting with the most helpful staff, you’ll meet people there that will remember for the rest of your life.

I loved working from Hub Hoi An. Sarah and the staff do an amazing job at providing the perfect conditions to be productive and connect with others. The internet is fast, I personally love working in the garden. The coffee and food are so tasty and healthy! I love the location, on a quiet road next to a rice field. Any time I needed something Sarah was always so helpful. Hoi an is a seriously great town. Beautiful to walk through, good internet in many places, delishious cuisine and An Bang beach is a scooter ride away. Would recommend and I’m going back!

Hub Hoi An holds a special place in my heart! The Hub is run by an amazing team who are always ready to help – whether you need a latte, a scooter, or a dog cuddle session, they’re prepared for it all. The community is probably the best part of the Hub! There are weekly scheduled events that have great turnouts and a lively chat group to fill the gaps. The daily lunches are a MUST! Changes every day and is made by some amazing chefs. The day-to-day life in Hoi An is cheap and easy going. Beach is a 15-20min bike ride from the Hub, half that on a scooter. Old town is about the same distance in the opposite direction. If you’re looking for a relaxing place in Vietnam where you can be productive and engage with an amazing community, go to the Hub Hoi An!
